Thank you for choosing Miara. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these villa rules.
Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted.
Housekeeping
Daily service.
Check-In
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in subject to availability.
Security
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
No Smoking
Smoking allowed only in designated outdoor areas. All rooms are non-smoking.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Pool Safety
Children must be supervised at all times.
Communication
Please contact the villa manager or concierge if you require assistance during your stay.

Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at the time of the reservation.

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy

100% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 6 days before arrival or earlier.

50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 0 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.
Security Deposit
A pre-authorization of $1,500 is held 1 day before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure.
Resort Fee

Mandatory resort fee for all guests, charged by Casa de Campo Resort & Villas directly.

$30 per adult & $15 per child (4–12 years old), per night, plus taxes.
